WHEAT FREE PIE CRUST
(Makes 2 fine pie crust or 1 thick)
Add all dry ingredients and combine. Add sesame oil, and water slowly until a dough consistency.
Leave to sit for 1/2 hour in the fridge. Spread between 2 baking sheets or directly with your hands in a pie dish oiled or lined with a baking sheet.
Precook for 10-15 minutes in an oven at 180ºC
Remove from oven and leave to cool before adding the filling
