Red pepper crackers
Boil the tomato for 1 minute to remove the skin.
Remove the seeds from the pepper.
Mix in a blender the tomato, the pepper, the coriander, a pinch of salt
Add the chia seeds and blend again
Spread on some baking paper and leave to dry in the dehydrator for 12 hours turning them halfway .
If you are using an oven put them in your oven at lowest temperature until crispy.
