for the filling
190 ml almond milk or other
goat cheese for those who can eat it
for the vegetable topping
chard is young use both the ribs and the leaves if not use only the leaves
For the vegetable topping, use either chard, Chinese cabbage or zucchini. Braise the vegetables with onion and garlic until tender. Lay on the pie crust.
Mix the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour over the vegetables.
Cook in a pre warmed oven at 190º C during 40-50min
