KALE CABBAGE MISO SLAW

Ingredients
4 radishes
4 spring onions
100 g kale
200 g white cabbage
1 tsp tahini 
1 tsp whitemiso paste
2 limes 
1 tsp soya sauce
2 Tbsp mixed seeds 

Recipe
  1. Slice the radishes finely as well as the spring onions.
  2. Remove the stalks from the kale (keep them for another use such in a soup or a juice) and shred them. Shred also the cabbage with a knife or a mandoline (be careful with your finger!)
  3. Combine with the radishes and the spring onions.
  4. Prepare the dressing mixing the miso. tahini, soya sauce, lime juice and add the the salad. 
  5. Toast the seeds for a few minutes in a dry pan and toss on the salad.

This salad is great served with raw fish, smoked salmon  or some scallops
